Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and MB Kunis (company code 305038004, Vilnius, Lithuania; contact@ilovu.io) governing your use of the iLovu mobile application and related services ("iLovu", the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using iLovu, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who can use iLovu

You must be at least 18 years old to use iLovu. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

To use iLovu you create an account (e.g. via Sign in with Apple). You are responsible for activity under your account. iLovu is designed for couples: you may connect your account with a partner to share content. You are responsible for who you choose to connect with. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

4. What iLovu does

iLovu helps couples discover date ideas and local events, match on activities you both like, plan them, and save memories. Date ideas, events, and venue information are provided for inspiration and convenience. We do not operate, endorse, or guarantee any third-party venue, event, or activity. You are responsible for your own safety and decisions when acting on suggestions in the app. Event and venue information is drawn from third-party sources and may be incomplete or change — always verify details with the venue or organizer directly.

5. Subscriptions and payments

• Pricing and billing. Subscription options and prices are shown in the app before you purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• One subscription, both partners. A single subscription unlocks premium features for you and your connected partner.
• Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
• Managing and cancelling. You manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings, not within iLovu. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Free trial. If we offer a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds. Purchases through the App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies. EU consumers may also have statutory rights (see below).

6. EU consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. By starting to use digital content/services immediately, you may agree to waive this right once the service has been fully provided. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights under Lithuanian or EU consumer law.

7. Your content

You may add content to iLovu, including photos and notes ("Your Content"). You keep ownership of Your Content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you and your connected partner. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to share it. Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates the rights or privacy of others.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse or disrupt the Service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the app, use it for unlawful purposes, or upload harmful or unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

The iLovu app, its design, content (including the date-idea library and connection questions), trademarks, and software are owned by MB Kunis and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, or exploit the app or its content.

10. Third-party services

iLovu relies on third-party services (e.g. Apple, Google Firebase, RevenueCat, event and venue data providers). Your use may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

11. Disclaimers

iLovu is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that suggestions will suit your circumstances. iLovu supports relationships but is not a substitute for professional relationship, medical, or mental-health advice.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB Kunis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.

13. Termination

You may stop using iLovu and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Lithuania, subject to any consumer rights to bring claims locally.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post the updated version with a new date and, where changes are material, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
